Markelle Fultz, Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot headline Sixers' Utah summer league roster

The Sixers on Saturday released their roster for the Utah Jazz summer league.

The two biggest names are 2017 No. 1 overall pick Markelle Fultz and 2016 first-round pick Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot. Fultz will have to sign his rookie deal before he participates which likely won't be an issue because of the NBA rookie wage scale. Luwawu-Cabarrot first showed promise during summer league games last season before seeing significant time at the end of his rookie year.

A few players with local ties will also participate. Villanova forward Darryl Reynolds, St. Joe's forward Isaiah Miles and Philly native and Imhotep alumni Brandon Austin.

The only other 2017 draft pick to participate other than Fultz will be second-round pick Jonah Bolden. The Australian-born forward wasn't immediately sure if he would participate in summer league because of his contract with his team in Serbia.

The Utah summer league will kick off on Monday, July 3. The Sixers' first game will take place Monday night at 7 p.m. ET and will air on TCN.
