Sam Hinkie is gone, but the Sixers aren't any less analytical these days.

The organization on Tuesday announced several changes to its evolving front office structure, bringing in former Toronto Raptors analytics guru Alex Rucker as vice president of analytics and strategy.

The analytics department was restructured, with the additions of Dr. Lance Pearson as director of applied analytics and Sergi Oliva as director of basketball analytics and innovation.

The Sixers also promoted Ned Cohen, who joined them in June, to the role of vice president of basketball operations and chief of staff.

Rucker spent the last seven seasons with the Raptors as their senior analytics consultant. He's also served a similar role the last two seasons with Canada's men's national team. Prior to that, he was a staff officer in the U.S. Navy.

Pearson has worked in the Sixers' basketball operations department the last three seasons, serving last year as coordinator of coaching analytics.

Additionally, the Sixers promoted Vince Rozman to senior director of basketball operations, named Scott Epsley director of physiotherapy and clinical diagnostics, Juan Jackson director of team security, Shea Dawson manager of team services and Kevin Owens basketball operations coordinator.

Gone are former VP of basketball operations Sachin Gupta and VP of analytics Ben Falk.
