ARLINGTON, Texas – The Eagles are without Bennie Logan (groin) and Taylor Hart (ankle) on Sunday night against the Cowboys at AT&T Stadium.

Logan and special teams linebacker Kamu Grugier-Hill (hamstring) were ruled out on Friday by the Eagles.

With Logan out, reserve defensive tackle Beau Allen will start in his place against the Cowboys and their No. 1-ranked rushing offense and dynamic rookie running back Ezekiel Elliott.

Taylor Hart, whom the Eagles claimed early during the week, is inactive with an ankle injury that had him listed as questionable on Friday. Hart rolled his ankle on Thursday and was held out of Friday’s practice, but said he expected to play. He will not.

Joining Logan, Grugier-Hill and Hart among the inactive players are: OL Dillon Gordon, OL Josh Andrews, OL Isaac Seumalo and WR Bryce Treggs.

Undrafted rookie cornerback C.J. Smith, from North Dakota State, is active for his first NFL game on Sunday night. He has been on the 53-man roster since the Washington game, but had been inactive before this.

Despite the Eagles’ lack of plays from their outside receivers, Treggs is still inactive, as he has been all season thus far.

Special teams safety Terrence Brooks is active for the fourth time in seven games. He was inactive last week.

Cowboys inactives: QB Tony Romo, RB Lance Dunbar, RB Darius Jackson, S Kavon Frazier, LB Mark Nzeocha, DE Ryan Davis, OT Chaz Green.

Dunbar was listed as questionable heading into the weekend.
