BOX SCORE

The Sixers and Clippers are two teams that like to push the pace, but you wouldn’t be able to tell by Monday’s game.

The Clippers grinded their way to a 94-83 win over the Sixers at the Wells Fargo Center. The Sixers shot just 35.9 percent in the defeat.

The loss dropped the Sixers’ record to 7-15 on the season.

Turning point
The Clippers made seven of their first eight shot attempts in the third quarter to stretch an eight-point lead to 20 in less than four minutes.

Follow the leader
Chris Paul is a natural born leader. He gets a basket when his team needs one and finds the open man with ease, too.

Paul finished with 25 points, 13 assists and three steals.

Blake Griffin scored a game-high 26 points and grabbed eight rebounds.

Evan Turner led the Sixers with 25 points. He also grabbed eight rebounds and handed out five assists.

Thaddeus Young had 16 points and 11 rebounds, while Tony Wroten flirted with a triple-double yet again with nine point, seven assists and 10 rebounds.

Stat-egic
Monday’s game was one of the worst three-point shooting displays in recent memory.

The Sixers and Clippers combined to shoot 8 of 48 from three-point range.

Take a bow
DeAndre Jordan is fourth in the NBA in rebounding with12.9 boards per game. Jordan collected a season-high 21 rebounds against the Sixers, one shy of his career best. He also scored 11 points in the game.

What’s next?
