A woman filed a lawsuit on Tuesday against Sixers guard Nick Young alleging that he drugged her before having non-consensual sex with her nearly two years ago, according to a report by CBS Los Angeles.

The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court against Young and the Crown Bar, an establishment in West Hollywood, Calif. The report states that the woman is seeking unspecified damages, and her allegations against Young range from sexual battery and false imprisonment to intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence.

According to the report, citing the court complaint, Young purchased a drink for the woman on Aug. 12, 2011 at the Crown Bar. She does not remember what happened next and eventually woke up naked at Young's apartment. When the woman asked Young why the two were naked at his residence, he said they were having sex but stopped once she passed out. Young complied when the woman asked to take her home.

The woman's filing says that Gamma-Hydroxbutyric acid, or GHB, was later found in her system when she underwent exams at the UCLA Santa Monica Rape Treatment Center, per the report.

The report also states that the woman's court papers list that she has since undergone psychiatric evaluations and treatment.

Update: According to TMZ, the police dismissed her claims shortly after the alleged incident.

Young, a six-year veteran who signed a one-year deal with the Sixers last offseason, is scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent on July 1.
