Phillies: Cliff Lee (11-7, 2.96) has won six of his last eight decisions, and his last outing was his best since June. In a 3-0 win over the Giants, Lee tossed a seven-hit shutout, striking out eight batters and walking none.

Dodgers: In his last start, Ted Lilly (7-11, 4.86) gave up one run on four hits in six innings of work, but took the tough-luck loss to the Padres. He has gone at least five innings in each of his last six starts, his longest such streak of the season. The Dodgers have lost six of Lillys last nine starts.
