Phillies

With his team in desperate need of innings from a starter, Cole Hamels came to the rescue to help the Phils beat Atlanta, 4-0, in 10 innings Sunday.
The Phillies acquired the No. 1 international slot from the Diamondbacks Sunday in exchange for the No. 9 slot and minor league pitchers Chris Oliver and Josh Taylor.
Ben Revere is hitting well, but has been out of the Phillies' starting lineup for the last four games as he deals with "mild" hamstring soreness, he told MLB.com Sunday.
