The Sixers will hold a pre-draft workout with Donatas Motiejunas of Lithuania on Monday morning at PCOM.
The 7-foot, 220-pound Motiejunas tested draft waters in 2010 before withdrawing his name to play in Italy's top division with Benetton Treviso. A projected lottery pick, Motiejunas, 21, averaged 12.4 points, 4.1 rebounds, while shooting 58 percent from the field and 74 percent from the free throw line this past season.
He is expected to be a lock for the first round.
He has played on Lithuanian junior national teams since he was 16, and helped the country's under-18 unit to the silver medal at the Eurobasket tournament in 2008. He was named the tournament's MVP.
Like many European big men, Motiejunas is billed as skilled forward who can score with both hands and shoot well from distance. Scouts don't fashion Motiejunas a great defender, but believe he will develop into an above average shot blocker as he matures.
