After suffering a 3-1 loss on Wednesday, the Union were eliminated from the U.S. Open Cup by D.C. United for the second time in three years.
For the third consecutive year, the Union will face DC United in the U.S. Open Cup on Wednesday.
The Union received first-half goals from Brian Carroll, Sheanon Williams and Conor Casey, to take down the Crew, 3-0, on Wednesday at PPL Park.
