Both Charlie Manuel and Chris Wheeler will be in new roles with the Phillie for the 2014 season. In what capacity the pair will serve the organization is a bit unclear, but Philadelphia Inquirer cartoonist Rob Tornoe thinks he knows how the two will spend their time once pitchers and catchers report in the next few weeks.
At least for Wheels we know it won't be the first time he puts something furry and strange on his head.
