With Jimmy Rollins being activated this afternoon and the Phillies recalling relief pitcher Mike Zagurski, the Phillies have placed Carlos Ruiz on the 15-day DL with a concussion and designated Greg Dobbs for assignment. I believe that sound you just heard was a collective "It's about time" ringing loudly across the Delaware Valley.
