Today's Daily News says Andre Miller isn't going anywhere.
"Andre's our point guard," the 76ers' president/general manager was
saying before last night's 105-97 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers.
"That's what we needed. That's why we got him. You've got to have a
point guard to compete."
Billy, flip over to the standings pages of the paper. See that? After the Sixer's win on Saturday night over the Atlanta Hawks 104-89, they stand at 14-31. But Andre Miller sure will help you compete -- with the Celtics and Grizzlies for the worst records in the league. For the record, I like Miller a lot and think he can play, but don't
try and tell fans that he's sticking around to help you compete. If King wants to tell us Andre Miller will help Iguodala develop into a star or help Louis Williams develop into an NBA player, that I can believe.
