OK so what are we gonna name this new look? Werth Saves? The Anti-Yankee? Since last year's World Series foe still enforces C. Montgomery Burns-ian rules banning facial hair?
Whatever the case, this is hands-down a better look than that chin strip we're accustomed to seeing on J-Werth. He has quickly fulfilled the beard void left by the departure of Eric Bruntlett and now Chan Ho Park. We must support this beard with all our energy in hopes it lasts until at least the home opener.
