If you've been around the parking lots of Citizens Bank Park a fair amount (and we know you have), you've probably encountered Sonny Forriest Jr, a disabled man with a soulful voice and a love of the Phillies and their fans. Well, it turns out not everyone is a fan of Mr. Forriest's work (or, more specifically, the volume at which it is played), including the Clearwater police, who issued him a fine on Monday outside Brighthouse Networks Field. Now of course we don't know the whole story of what was discussed, warned, or otherwise between the officer and Mr. Forriest, so we'll reserve judgement.
