Ray Didinger
A native of Southwest Philadelphia, Ray went to his first Eagles game when he was 10 years old and he still has his family's 1964 Phillies World Series tickets mounted on the wall of his East Falls home. Ray was a sports columnist for the Philadelphia Bulletin and Philadelphia Daily News for 27 years. He was named Pennsylvania Sportswriter of the Year five times and he was the first print journalist inducted into the Philadelphia Sports Hall of Fame. He spent 12 years at NFL Films where he won six Emmy Awards for his work as a writer and producer. Ray joined Comcast SportsNet as a football analyst in 1997 and became a full-time member of the Sports Net team in 2009, combining his duties on the Eagles pre and postgame shows with written pieces for CSNPhilly.com.
