Beat Philly -- to say the least your grandparents from northeast Philadelphia your father went to -- your mother make it simple. Ante with a freshman. At -- during the Sixers 8283 championship run what is it like three defeated the Philadelphia. And really all of the Steelers nation rally and lead your team. Very exciting. You know we went out we obviously. A lot of things of the Nazis and looting obviously bringing in big old adage about a -- and yet they at now that he puts up the press. It tickets flying like the way they are out now that we really appreciate sport that. Billy has given us you know what we've got its -- -- what that does not about about. And we said that that trip and good cities has stepped up its I doubt it is Bob. Very exciting to be part of us. Of course have acquired eight new players five returning for the team that we just 1 win away from Eastern Conference finals in -- -- -- The first time in forty years of being around the NBA that he beat a team that's so well what is your best it's definite and where Sixers -- out right now. We're a good play they've -- you know last series of gray here but I thought we -- a CLA and as I've said before the ultimate goal is to bring a championship tonight. And so we went out and we made the and -- and I think -- guide you know I think are all guarded everybody would like to be. A home court advantage labs team with -- -- work. I think we'd like to win more against them last year and I think we can do that and lastly I'd like to get these -- conference finals. -- how about your holiday making a lot of guys. He did what ten minutes before the deadline you guys are making is nervous but that's about half in this -- erratic in -- still loyal -- the city of Philadelphia what is that like for you -- What does that he's a great young player he's a great guy and you know I think his game grid I think that Brady all star Blair had we got down when he was it 1124. It's at that those are the kinds of people you wanna step outside -- their deals for. He show you here today and got -- we waited till 1158. It was a little nerve -- it wasn't -- I'm a little war but it's true I was aware that. We're up against the clock here but I know he did wanna mention hurricane Danny of course you ran in New York City Marathon. Few years ago your your residence your view my kids Marjorie here in New York in and Spencer and really the entire Sixers organization and the Knicks really rally around in the power and he -- here today. Yeah and ever so it's great to see everybody come out in New York City you know really had a -- time that it's you know it's certainly -- areas around LA and and that Jersey Shore and and you know -- that -- this these types of events. You know our great guy people might resign you. Nobody live your life and so we're gonna do six organizations in spots are I think operation rebound and auction not. Sounds that's all of that -- apparently I had really make -- -- is. I do to help the people that were impacted negatively by them hurt and and not. We there has found players start out with a 20000 dollar gap. That made. To make it make you a little bit easier travel and is having a tough time. You know I messages to hang in there you're not allowed. I you have friends that you know the Sixers certainly one of those -- Josh is certainly a good man to have in your corner always appreciate your time we're looking forward to this season. 2. John Gonzalez and Marshall Harris recap the Phillies' win

    Sun, 19 May 2013

Phillies get to walk off way to cap off a winning homestand when the series against the reds died when you look at. How well this team played this week you know there were some ups and downs. He has been a big win and Charlie mine it's an absolutely huge went and not just for Charlie and and his mind that the team and its actual record because. And look they would they went through that scoring drought. From Saturn better from Friday night through Sunday and then all of a sudden sort of in a way that I don't think anybody expected. They all seem sort of surprised by it. Where they break out of that scoring slump and then not only break out of it but also win the game with with two harm could really they had two chances to have a walk off win. But Cliff Lee got stuck on first base help but it was a it was a good it was a good weekend from another strong outing for John some bad news that is when Ryan Howard he's got. Bad left knee and Charlie and doesn't expect him to play tomorrow also Carlos I haven't MRI. On Monday to determine what's up. With his hamstring how big are these injuries absolutely Brigham and when you look at a team that has struck despite the fact that they won the game on Sunday. They're team that struggled to score and those are two of your better bats. In that lineup and both Howard and grocery said that they were database so you don't know when you're gonna get these guys back it didn't sound like they were in any danger at least not a Howard's. Side of of being on the DL right now but right now nobody knows I but the good news is the next team up. Is those struggling shall we say the floundering fish the Miami Marlins the Phillies get to play them for three games even the bring. Back power forward in the five man rotation how do you like that are shaping up the least experience I think for the Phillies you gotta be pretty excited after coming off of a series where you were you squeak out this last one here after having his scoring John you see the Marlins had the the Marlins in the Mets have been. Sort of panacea for everything that ails the Phillies this season so for them. Then it's looking pretty good and certainly they have forgot what happened last on the face to face when they dropped the last two of four games at right here at Citizens Bank Park for John is Marshall Harris.
