Howard: 'Bought the Salisbury hitting tape' to improve at the plate
-- the Salisbury hitting tape. To to work on my my hitting has some work in. Now man I you know -- I think for me a lot of it was just kind of mental last year. And I just to myself don't and I'm not even gonna stresses it I'm not gonna worry about. I know it's it's in there. And just got to let the enemy come out at the plate and just be relaxed corner of the sentences. Trust myself trust my ability and just let a -- I think at times I would get so caught up in. What I'm doing in my. -- Try to be so technical about my stance must swing trying to just think about all that. And not thinking about that guy on the mound what he's gonna try to do what my approach is going to be. -- instead just basically coming going up there a your swing is going to be you're sewing is. But as long as you have an approach against this guy in town and know what it is he's trying to do he would. Going out there and put your focus on that instead of putting it on all I gotta get my foot down here I gotta get my hands right here and I think at times I would just got to get Lawson.
