What three spots you know it's sad that you believe would be open for a ton of guys a lot of candidates. Some of them you mentioned a -- Beaumont horrors students to British wherever you go on and on. He got candidate or to the believer are probably gonna make it well. You know it looks like only three openings. I think. The front office would love sleep -- step up and sees one of those openings and kinda. Really you know become a big league reliever. In he's a low pressure role in our sixth seventh inning need a couple tough outs there. Our guy who can do that as he works his way to the back of the bullpen eventually so I think Almonte. Comes in with a bit of inside track. I think derby horse for what he did last year throws a lot of strikes he's not afraid handled himself very well a lot of tight situations. I think he comes in on an inside track to be that second lefty behind. And -- at the start on that leaves you know maybe one more job. If those guys successful and in -- Seizing those opportunities at least one more job with you know students is. To -- is all interesting names Rosenberg. Schwimmer. JD men left hander. It cannot be underestimated. Row Valdez is nice job -- so. What they have a lot of bodies to look at a lot of good arms look at that apple pan. As they hope a couple of -- --

  2. John Gonzalez and Marshall Harris recap the Phillies' win

    Sun, 19 May 2013

Phillies get to walk off way to cap off a winning homestand when the series against the reds died when you look at. How well this team played this week you know there were some ups and downs. He has been a big win and Charlie mine it's an absolutely huge went and not just for Charlie and and his mind that the team and its actual record because. And look they would they went through that scoring drought. From Saturn better from Friday night through Sunday and then all of a sudden sort of in a way that I don't think anybody expected. They all seem sort of surprised by it. Where they break out of that scoring slump and then not only break out of it but also win the game with with two harm could really they had two chances to have a walk off win. But Cliff Lee got stuck on first base help but it was a it was a good it was a good weekend from another strong outing for John some bad news that is when Ryan Howard he's got. Bad left knee and Charlie and doesn't expect him to play tomorrow also Carlos I haven't MRI. On Monday to determine what's up. With his hamstring how big are these injuries absolutely Brigham and when you look at a team that has struck despite the fact that they won the game on Sunday. They're team that struggled to score and those are two of your better bats. In that lineup and both Howard and grocery said that they were database so you don't know when you're gonna get these guys back it didn't sound like they were in any danger at least not a Howard's. Side of of being on the DL right now but right now nobody knows I but the good news is the next team up. Is those struggling shall we say the floundering fish the Miami Marlins the Phillies get to play them for three games even the bring. Back power forward in the five man rotation how do you like that are shaping up the least experience I think for the Phillies you gotta be pretty excited after coming off of a series where you were you squeak out this last one here after having his scoring John you see the Marlins had the the Marlins in the Mets have been. Sort of panacea for everything that ails the Phillies this season so for them. Then it's looking pretty good and certainly they have forgot what happened last on the face to face when they dropped the last two of four games at right here at Citizens Bank Park for John is Marshall Harris.
