This offseason, the Phillies welcomed a new addition to their rotation in Clay Buchholz.
On Tuesday, Buchholz and his wife, Lindsay, welcomed a new addition to their family: Jax Daniel.
A baby boy with a name Phillies fans will like. It's certainly strong and refreshing, which is how Buchholz feels in his new setting after spending parts of 10 seasons with the Red Sox.
Hopefully, Jax Daniel can eventually make his way to Citizens Bank Park to see dad pitch.
Here are pictures of the lovely family, courtesy of Buchholz's wife's Instagram account.

There's typically an unexpected standout star in the first few days of training camp every summer, but most times that person is over three-feet tall.
The Eagles kicked off their training camp activities at the NovaCare Complex in South Philadelphia on Monday morning and most of the rookies were there to go through drills.
But it was little T.J. Smith, son of veteran free agent wide receiver Torrey Smith, who stole the show. The two were seen on the field throwing the pigskin around with camera crews filming for a segment for TheUndefeated website.
You see that arm? Nick Foles better not look over his shoulder.
CSNPhilly camera crews also caught up with Smith and his son, the smaller of which is already well versed in doing Eagles chants. Great parenting if I must say.
You can watch that footage in the above video.
What does former Sixers president/general manager Sam Hinkie's now legendary Process have to do with the WWE? Unclear. But that didn't stop fans at the wrestling match at the Wells Fargo Center on Sunday night from breaking into rather loud "Trust the Process!" chants.
You can hear the chants loud in clear in the short video clip below.
As for the rest of the night? The guy we interviewed on The700Level Show last week, A.J. Styles, lost his belt. Which probably means no wrestler should ever talk to us again.
