Monday Night Football wasn't exactly a thriller for Philadelphia Eagles fans who showed up to the Linc to watch the Birds get beat up on by the impressive Aaron Rodgers. On the bright side, they did get to see one of the most beloved members of the Eagles family get honored at halftime when Merrill Reese joined Jeremiah Trotter in the Eagles Hall of Fame.
Those of us watching at home didn't get to see the halftime ceremony but we were treated to Jon Gruden doing a pretty good impression of Reese's famous call against the Cowboys on 4th and inches.
I thought it was pretty good while others on my Twitter feed thought it was pretty bad. Oh well! At least we can all agree while the Eagles and Gruden may be bad, Merrill Reese is a GOAT.
