Not in the same way that Mac from Always Sunny fantasizes about the Phillies, but Andy Pettitte pretended to throw a game against the Phillies line up down in Florida yesterday. They must get pretty bored down there when it rains.
From The Record:
Since Pettitte is scheduled to face the Phillies in Clearwater on
Wednesday, the veteran lefty pictured the likes of Chase Utley and Ryan
Howard during specific at-bats."If
I threw a good one, Dave would be like, ‘He fouled that off,’ " said
Pettitte, who took a five-minute rest between "innings" during a
50-pitch session "against" the team he beat in Games 3 and 6 of last
year’s World Series."He got them [Friday]," Eiland said of the imaginary hitters. "But they put some good at-bats on him."

After the simulated game, Andy played doctor with CC Sabathia and played tea party with Nick Swisher later that evening.
