Dave Spadaro & Gary Cobb On Reggie Brown, So Different

The following is a comment taken from Greggy D. here with links added and some of it edited.

I find it interesting to compare Dave "I kiss the man's ass" Spadaro's and Garry Cobb's opinions on Reggie Brown.

Spadaro is quoted in his column in saying, "Reggie Brown made some of
the deadliest moves working against cornerback Sheldon Brown that I
have ever seen on Friday morning. Then Brown came back with a terrific
catch in the afternoon, and is taking the right steps this summer."

Cobb in his blog on his website stated, "If Reggie Brown is supposed
to be a number one he's surely not playing like one. Don't get me wrong
he's making some plays but the number one is supposed to shine above
the rest. Brown doesn't have those extras turbos to separate himself
from the competition so he has to work harder for it. This is going to
have to be a group where everybody is contributing."

So who are we supposed to believe? I'm gonna go with GCobb who has
actually set foot on a football field and is not on the payroll for
PhiladelphiaEagles.com.

Either way, I am excited to hear how great Kevin Curtis looks so
far. And Dirk Johnson vs. Sav Rocca is quickly becoming my favorite
camp battle. Rocca reminds me of former Giants punter Rodney Williams.
That guy could kill the ball sometimes for 60+ yards, but then shank
his next three kicks. It'll be fun to watch.

Phenomenal observation by our man Greggy D.  Nice work.
