Josh Huff 1st Eagles rookie ever to win ST Player of Week

Two franchise firsts in four days for Josh Huff.

The Eagles' wide receiver/kick returner was named NFC Special Teams Player of the Week on Wednesday, becoming the first Eagles rookie to ever claim the award.

Huff earned the honor by returning the Titans' opening kickoff 107 yards for a touchdown, a team record.

It was good timing for the third-round pick, who just last week talked about his need to improve and put a woeful first few months behind him.

It is the third time this season an Eagle has won Special Teams Player of the Week. Darren Sproles won the award in Weeks 4 and 10.
