About the only real news out of Lehigh lately is regarding player injuries. Two unhappy sentences on the Eagles website this morning.
Tight end L.J. Smith reaggravated his sports hernia injury during
Thursday morning's workout. Running back Tony Hunt also left practice
with an ankle sprain.
Reports this morning were that LJ was "carted off the field." That can't be a good sign. Add those bumps and bruises to the growing list of banged up Eagles that includes B-Dawk, B-West, Buckhalter, Andrews, etc., etc.

Let's hope these are all little injuries and the Eagles are being "precautious."
