Former Temple guard Chris Clark has returned to his alma mater as the team's video coordinator.

Clark, a 2009 graduate, had previously served as an assistant coach the last two seasons at Campbell University.

Besides his two years as an assistant coach at Campbell, Clark spent four seasons on the St. Francis (Pa.) staff.

The Philadelphia native served as the Owls' team captain under head coach Fran Dunphy. He helped the Owls win the Atlantic 10 as the team's sixth man in 2007-08 and give them the first of six straight NCAA Tournament appearances under Dunphy.

"Temple University and the people who work here have helped shape me into the man I am today," Clark said in a statement. "I am very thankful and blessed to have had the opportunity to be a student-athlete at such an excellent university. I'm very excited to be back working for Coach Dunphy."

Temple went 26-11 and lost in the NIT semifinal to Miami last season.

The Owls will start the 2015-16 season against North Carolina on Nov. 13 as part of the Veterans Classic.
